Nature of the service
FormFlorida.com is owned and operated by Form Florida LLC. Form Florida LLC sells administrative filing and document-preparation services. The service is fulfilled digitally; no physical goods are shipped as part of the formation packages displayed on this website.
Order review
After successful payment and receipt of the completed questionnaire, Form Florida reviews the provided information for administrative completeness. We may contact the customer if required information is missing, inconsistent, or requires clarification.
Submission
Once the order is ready, Form Florida submits the requested filing or orders the selected state documents. Government processing times vary and are controlled by the applicable agency. Form Florida does not guarantee a particular approval date.
Delivery
Status updates and available formation documents are delivered electronically to the email address associated with the order. Customers are responsible for providing a working email address and monitoring spam or junk folders.
Delays
Customer response time, unavailable entity names, government outages, holidays, government backlogs, payment reviews, identity requirements, or other circumstances outside Form Florida's control may delay fulfillment.
Annual Compliance Plan
For active Annual Compliance Plan subscribers, Form Florida uses the annual subscription to provide filing-assistance services and pay the included current Florida Annual Report state fee for the applicable filing cycle. Customers remain responsible for promptly confirming any company information needed before filing. Late fees caused by a customer delay, prior delinquency, reinstatement, or changes outside the included annual report are not included.
Returns
Because the products sold here are digital administrative services rather than physical goods, a physical return process does not apply. Refund and cancellation rights are described in the Refund, Cancellation & Dispute Policy.
