FormFlorida.com is owned and operated by Form Florida LLC. Form Florida LLC collects information customers provide to fulfill business-formation orders, communicate about orders, maintain records, improve the service, protect against fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

Information we collect

This may include contact details, proposed company information, business and mailing addresses, registered-agent information, management information, filing instructions, and support communications.

Payment information

Card payments are handled through Stripe-hosted Checkout. Form Florida’s intake questionnaire does not ask for or need to store complete card numbers. Customers should never enter card numbers, bank credentials, passwords, SSNs, or ITINs into the filing questionnaire.

Government filings and public records

Information submitted to government agencies may become public record according to applicable law. Customers should avoid including unnecessary sensitive personal information in public filings.

How information may be shared

Information may be shared with government agencies, payment processors, technology providers, fraud-prevention providers, professional advisers, or other service providers when reasonably necessary to deliver the ordered service, secure the service, comply with law, or protect rights.

Retention and security

Form Florida uses reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the service. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Business records may be retained as reasonably necessary for fulfillment, legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and dispute purposes.
