Refund, Cancellation & Dispute Policy
Effective September 8, 2026.
FormFlorida.com is owned and operated by Form Florida LLC.
Cancellation before work begins
You may request cancellation before Form Florida begins reviewing, preparing, or processing your order. If approved before work begins, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
After preparation or review begins
Once Form Florida has begun reviewing information, preparing documents, or performing a purchased service, the Form Florida service charge may become partially or fully nonrefundable based on work already performed.
After a government submission
Once a filing or government payment has been transmitted, the Form Florida service charge associated with that submission is nonrefundable. Government charges are nonrefundable unless the applicable government agency returns them.
Correctable errors
If a filing is rejected because of a correctable administrative error attributable to Form Florida, Form Florida may correct and resubmit the filing without an additional Form Florida service charge. New government charges, customer-requested changes, or errors in customer-supplied information may require additional payment.
Duplicate orders
Unprocessed accidental duplicate orders may be canceled and refunded when reported promptly.
Annual subscription cancellation
You may cancel the Annual Compliance Plan before the next annual renewal by contacting support. Cancellation stops future recurring charges but does not automatically reverse amounts already used for completed Form Florida work or government fees already transmitted. If a renewal has not yet been processed, no future annual charge will be made after cancellation is confirmed.
Disputes
If you do not recognize a charge or believe a service was not provided as described, contact support@formflorida.com first with your order details. We will review the issue and respond with available order and filing records. Nothing in this policy waives rights available under applicable law or card-network rules.
How to request a refund or cancellation
Email support@formflorida.com with the customer name, order email, proposed company name, and the request. Do not send card numbers, bank credentials, passwords, SSNs, or ITINs by email.
